Registration Fees


$100 per child due at time of registration
($125 if paid after April 15, 2011)

$400 per family due by the first day of school

$25 per family PTC fee

Discounts

St. Philip of Jesus Family Discount

Ten percent discount to all families with at least ten years at St. Philip of Jesus School.

Military Discount

Ten percent discount for active military personal.

Scholarships

The St. Philip of Jesus School community offers scholarships to students both new and old who meet the qualifications of the intended scholarship they are applying for. If you would like more information on these scholarships please visit with our principal or call the school for more information.

New Students

Students seeking enrollment at St. Philip of Jesus School must go through an interview (K3 – K5) or an assessment (1st – 8th).  Interviews / Assessments are done by appointment.  There is no charge for the interview / assessment.

The following documents must be presented in the school office at the time of new student registration: 
  • Original Birth Certificate
  • Original Immunization Records 
  • Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
  • Communion Certificate (if applicable) 
  • Divorce Decree (if applicable)

Registration is not complete until all documents are received and the registration deposit has been paid.
