St. Philip of Jesus After School Care
After School Care Program
The After School Care Program (ASC) is provided daily in the school campus (222-2872). The program is open to all enrolled students of St. Philip of Jesus School and offers supervision and care to students from K-3 through eighth grade.
The After School Care Program is under the leadership of the school Principal and is conducted by experienced and committed parents and staff members. The schedule includes supervised study, homework, reading and supervised play-time. Students are provided with a snack and beverage. Parents/guardians sign out the child(ren).
The program is in operation each school day from 3:15 - 5:30, unless otherwise announced.
Cost: Regular Schedule (3:30 – 5:30): Parents have the following payment options:
Additional Fees:
A late fee will be assessed if a parent/guardian is late picking up students.
The fee is assessed at a rate of $5 for every 10 minutes late.
Chronic tardiness in picking up students will result in refusal of service.
Students who participate in an after school activity and arrive at the ASC at 4:00 p.m. will also be charged $7 and will receive a snack.
Students who stay for after school tutoring or any extracurricular activities must be picked up promptly or they will be sent to ASC and parents
will be charged accordingly.
Students not complying with rules will be denied use of the service.
