Parent Obligations & Fines

Obligations to Parish:

  • Work the St. Philip of Jesus Parish Festival. (2 Hour shift per child)
  • Sell or Buy $30.00 of Parish Raffle Tickets. (Tickets sales are per family)

Obligations to School - $300 in fundraising:

  • Sell or buy 2 Gala seats at $100 each for a total of $200.00.
  • Buy or sell $100 worth of raffle tickets.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Follow all school regulations and policies as agreed in the Parent/Student Handbook.
  • Register in your parish and attend Mass every Sunday.
  • Attend the scheduled PTC Meetings and Activities.
  • Provide children with a bible and an English dictionary.
  • Attend all Parent, Student, Teacher Conferences.
  • Support all other activities of the school.

Fines:

Per Month
  • $20.00 Missed tuition payment
  • $10.00 Late fundraiser
Per Incident
  • $50.00 Non participant charge
  • $30.00 NSF fee 
  • $25.00 Missed FACTS payment (charged-through FACTS)
